How cold is Coolsculpting?

Home » Info Hub » How cold is Coolsculpting?

CoolSculpting produces temperatures between -10 to -11 degrees Celsius or  12 – 14 degrees Fahrenheit. The temperature is just cold enough to freeze fat and not cold enough to harm other tissue.

Within the CoolSculpting applicator, there are tiny sensors monitoring the temperature of the tissue to ensure it is reaching just the right temperature. A safety shut-off mechanism detects if the tissue is getting too cold avoiding causing damage such as frost bite.
