We are looking forward to welcoming you back into our London clinics
Over three months have passed since we closed our doors. In that time we have been preparing to safely reopen for our clients and team members.
We have adapted our clinics in line with government guidelines. We have also taken extra measures, going beyond those laid down by the government, to ensure your visit to our clinics is as safe as possible.
Your clinic will call you the day before your appointment. This will be to check:
– You are not experiencing any known symptoms of Covid-19.
– To find out if you have travelled abroad in the last 14 days.
If you are unsure if you have symptoms you can find out the here.
Premier Laser team members who are feeling unwell, or experiencing symptoms, will be asked not to come to work.
If you are showing Covid-19 symptoms and are unable to attend your appointment we would appreciate it if you notify us as early as possible.
Your clinic will reschedule your appointment for a later date.
On the day of your appointment
Everyone entering the clinic will have their temperature checked using our non-contact thermometers.
There will only be a limited number of people in the clinic at any time.
We kindly request that you arrive on time.
– If you are early you may be asked to wait outside to manage client numbers in the waiting area.
– If you arrive late your treatment time may be shortened.
We would also kindly ask your PPE – gloves and mask are worn when attending your appointment.
Please attend alone as the waiting reception will be restricted and we cannot allow more than one person, per treatment in the clinic.
Waiting Room & Toilets
You will be asked to use an anti-bacterial hand sanitiser when entering clinics.
Tissues and face masks can be provided if required.
Due to social distancing, the waiting area will be restricted.
You will be asked to head straight to the treatment room with your practitioner.
As the toilet is a common area we would ask you to refrain from using it unless absolutely necessary.
Signage and floor markings will be used throughout the clinic to ensure, outside of treatment rooms, the government advised distancing can be observed.
Team members will observe social distancing with each other during their shifts for their and your safety.
You will still receive the warm, friendly Premier Laser welcome from team members, although not through handshakes or hugs.
Safety measure at the reception area include:
– Perspex screens installed across all of our clinics.
