Recipe For Strawberry Tart
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry, approximately 12×12 or you could make yours from scratch, depending on how confident you are with it.
16 ounces of strawberries, sliced
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions:
1) Preheat the oven to 375f
2) Lay the puff pastry on parchment lined baking sheet and turn up edges all the way round.
3) Spread slices strawberries evenly across puff pastry.
4) Whisk together balsamic vinegar and honey. Brush tops of the strawberries with the mixture. You will probably have a little extra balsamic vinegar/honey leftover.
5) Bake at 375f for about 25 minutes until pastry is slightly browned and serve while warm, topped with fresh yoghurt or cream.
